Board Basis:
La Perla must be the worst hotel in Egypt. The food is rubbish, same thing every night. No choice, food is only fit for pigs. The hotel is mostly empty due to poor location and lack of entertainment and no facilities. The hotel is run by only men, who use female guests as entertainment. No privacy to sun bathe etc.
Best thing is the weather and Ali the resident Masseuse an ex gymnast very skilled in Egyptian, cellulite and other massage techniques offered at a reasonable cost. I would never, never stay in this hotel again. It is a 2 star hotel.
I wasted my money and did not have the relaxing break i hoped for. My one consolation was the massage to de stress.
