Stayed at the reef oasis in October. The hotel was really nice, and the resort is very big. We had one of the rooms that backed on to the buildings, which didn't caused to many problems, apart from the morning times, when the used to start at 7am, which was a pain is you wanted to sleep later than that.
The hotels has its own private beach, with beach towels provided, so there is no need to take your own. It is good if you buy a snorkel, which you can hire or buy at the hotel shops. The hotel is about 10 minutes in a taxi from nama bay, which is where you will find lots of places to eat and shop.
The food in the all inclusive is really good, but can get boring after a few days, and its tents to be the same thing after a few days. All the staff are looking for a tip, but the service from the staff is really good, and they really look after you.
The entertainment is shocking, but can be quite funny on some night. Loved egypt, and would definitely go back again, i would go back to the reef oasis as well, but maybe once all the building works have finished.
